Jim is the IT Manager and Salesforce Administrator at Agriculture Capital.
He brings over 20 years of experience collaborating with business leaders to define operational requirements, then applying that knowledge to technology solutions focused on achieving business goals. In addition, Jim develops system documentation, end-user training and release notifications that are approachable and easy to understand. He applies his excellent communication and teamwork skills to all aspects of his work which assists and empowers people through technology.
Prior to Agriculture Capital, Jim has held technology leadership positions in a variety of industries including finance, real estate, nonprofit and consulting services. He has overseen the business systems application lifecycle from design, deployment and support on a number of workflow automation projects. He has been adept at leveraging external service providers that extend solutions to key business processes. Jim utilizes his wide array of knowledge, skills and problem-solving experience to enhance productivity for the Agriculture Capital staff.
Supporting the work of community and national nonprofits has played a key part of Jim’s professional and personal life. As an IT executive at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Jim established national contact centers for both staff and cancer patients and oversaw the design and deployment of a fully-customized customer relationship management (CRM) system. He actively volunteers as a reader and quality assurance checker in the production of academic audiobooks for Learning Ally, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering visually impaired and dyslexic students.
In addition to holding multiple certifications including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Jim has earned dual BA degrees from San Francisco State University in Information Technology and Accounting.
