Will Susich is Agriculture Capital’s NW Operations Analyst. He works as part of our Agriculture Capital sustainable agriculture strategy, which invests in permanent cropland and mid-stream assets to create a vertically integrated, sustainable farming enterprise.
Working at Equilibrium and Agriculture Capital combines Will’s passion for sustainability, agriculture, and investment. Will has a Master’s degree focused on Economics and History from Reed College in Portland, OR. Prior to working in finance, he worked in organic farming in Maine and was a backcountry ranger and wildland firefighter for Mount Rainier and Grand Teton National Parks.
Will believes that taking a holistic view of agriculture allows for greater economic and environmental efficiency. Developing permanent crops and building healthy, resilient soils benefits investors, local communities, and also the wider ecosystem.
